This salon is first class enjoyable. Everyone makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. I mainly go to Megan, a wonderfully skilled hair stylist I can depend on ?but everyone there is very good or they aren’t there!

I spent months searching for the right stylist, carefully reviewing numerous hairdressers on Instagram before finding Nicole. I am extremely pleased that I took the time to find her. As a now retired licensed hairdresser with 42 years of experience, I have an eye for detail and know exactly what to look for in a stylist. I am delighted with my decision to choose Nicole, who provided excellent suggestions and demonstrated exceptional talent. The salon has a great atmosphere, and was welcomed from the moment I walk into salon.

Paige was amazing. She helped me get back to my natural hair color and gave me the best haircut I have had! If you want layers shes your girl! I have crazy thick hair and she took so much weight off for me it feels so light and easy to brush through now. Her hand and head massage were on point, I highly recommend!!

This AM was my 1st pedi appointment with Camille and she was great. So easy to talk with and very nice. I believe this was the 5th or 6th pedi that I have had since moving to the area the first week of May. None of the other pedicures were decent, at other salons. They were not any good, but I will come back to see Camille soon! I also have my hair done at Rain with Nicole. Highly recommend this salon!!

My hair was massaged with essential oil followed by a wonderful massage of my head while my hair was being washed. Lastly, I got my hair cut. It exceeded my expectations. Love Rain Salon and Spa. I’m a loyal client and will only see “my people” there. Chloe and Rose are always very polite and greet me by name, which I really appreciate. I am always offered a beverage when I visit. Kindra is great - she cuts my hair exactly how I want it and nails it each time. Love that she works Saturdays and evenings to fit her clients schedules. She does great with my husband’s hair too - he has said we will only see her to get his hair cut now. Cathleen and Maddie are great. While I know space is limited, I wish that there were more employees for nails at Rain, they book out quick and it can be hard to get in, but I’m always happy with the result. Stephanie is very knowledgeable with skincare and is working with me on a plan to get my skin healthy. I bought skin care products and when I opened the cleanser, the pump was broken. I sent a text and they were happy to exchange the product out for me. I appreciate Rain and the service they consistently provide each time I step through their doors.

She gave a lot of advice and was willing to adjust the cut three times based on my thoughts and preferred length. She really took her time to make sure I liked the result and said I could come in anytime for touch ups if I need it! Great service and warm and welcoming atmosphere!

After my initial appointment, I wasn’t totally satisfied with the results (partly due to how dark my hair is), and they brought me back in for a color correction at no extra cost. Carly was incredibly patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. I really appreciated how understanding and professional everyone was. Highly recommend this place, and especially Carly, she’s amazing!

Paige worked magic on my hair. I had a very bold highlight from a previous salon that I didn’t care for, Paige was able to transform me to a color that was more aligned with my natural look. She finished off by curling my hair into a stunning and polished style. I couldn’t be happier and have already scheduled my follow up appointment with her.

The customer service is amazing , the nail tech was amazing. I not come back though, I thought by getting a master I would have been listened to. I told Nicole to follow the cut. I told her I wanted to be able to put my hair behind my ears. I have been going to the same stylist in my home town for years and he knows my hair and cuts accordingly to my texture and curl. My fear of having another stylist touch my hair happened. It’s awful, I showed her how i wanted it to go behind my ear. Of course you know I teared up, didn’t I. If I wanted a chopped long shag I would have asked. If I wanted hair that fell over my eye I would have said. It now separates in two places over my eye and will not stay behind my ear. I may as well have chopped it myself. No blend. I have thick hair thin strands and now I have thin hair. I’m 100% sure you understand. Of course I do not want to come back. Atleast my nails were done proper yesterday. Not even enough don’t worry hair grows out. I almost can’t believe it thank you. Your salon is beautiful.

The service is wonderful. Brooke is wonderful. Unfortunately, your prices are going up another $20 and that’s simply a bridge too far. As I’ve compared prices, $65 alone is the highest price in the area and $85 seems unreasonable.
