Seriously best massage I’ve ever had! And I have had quite a few! The salon is so nice, and I especially loved the steam shower afterwards. My masseuse pulled out all the stops, essential oils, so many hot towels, cooling lotion, and more! I did the 90 minute relaxing massage and I highly highly recommend!

Rain Salon and Spa is first class! I had the worst haircut of my life at a different salon and I can now confidentially call Sylvia a SAVIOR! My appointment was incredible! From the start with the aromatherapy to the head massage and neck and shoulder massage to the amazing communication when I didn\'t even know what I wanted, I cannot wait to go back for the BEST treatment EVER! I would recommend Rain Salon to anyone that wants to feel important, heard, and pampered!!!

My massage visit was awesome. I feel so much better after seeing Kristen today she is tops in my book and one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’m almost 75 so that says a lot. She is a blessing she’s professional she’s skilled and certainly can adapt well to whatever my needs are when I come to see her. I have fibromyalgia and I see her on a regular basis and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Rain’s upsale is so carefully folded in, I have to hear and understand every add-on. What I thought would be $69 job was $123 with bang trim, shiner product, hand/scalp massage and %20 tip. I luv Rain. Will be back, no matter what it costs.

I received a pedicure from the nail tech Cathleen who did a thorough and beautiful job. The atmosphere of the spa is very soothing, and I was instantly put at ease the moment I walked inside. The service is always great… I would however like to make a suggestion… 1) When doing a full color protect the customers hairline, ears, cheeks from it. I had it Everywhere for 2 days. Nice leaving the salon after that appointment with brown smudged around my face. Looked ridiculous. 2) When purchasing product it would be nice to put it in a bag for the customer… I think after paying what we do for Aveda a small paper bag isn’t a lot to ask for.

It was a perfect setting to do a little work & get a great nights sleep before a busy day of appointments. Every little thing I needed was right there-very thoughtful! With everything costing more and more these days, it’s unreasonable to charge half the cost of the appointment with two days notice. I love coming to rain salon and spa and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately, this policy change coupled with the increased prices, I will no longer be able to come here to look amazing. I will miss you all!

Everything a spa/salon visit should be! As soon as you walk in the door they hand you a warm towel, which helps you wash the outside world away and prepares you to start feeling pampered. The lobby was filled with wonderful products and a knowledgeable salon tech to help answer your questions. Meghan was my stylist, she offered style suggestions for my difficult hair, taking into consideration my laid back lifestyle and need to have an “easy”’style. I have also had a few appointments with her over the last few years and she has done amazing balayages and highlights, as well as my current color. Had a luxury pedicure with Daniela today! She did so great! Very precise with the polish application and spending time on my cuticles. She even checked in with me to make sure that I was liking the way they were looking so far with the shape and length! She did a hand massage on me while the foot mask was soaking in, asked me if I would like anything else to drink, and made the appointment all about me! Every minute of the service I felt like I was living in luxury! Must be why they call it a luxury pedicure!

My haircut was great! I’ve been getting my haircut here for over a few months now. It’s the best haircut experience I’ve ever had every time. I’m a guy with short hair and I was able to let it grow out for 6 weeks without needing a haircut I just wanted one. Highly recommend this place and not much more than walk in haircut shops.

I’m always greeted in such a friendly way, from first coming in and being offered a hot towel or water. Everyone is always with a smile, it’s so refreshing. Savannah is extremely talented, and a very nice person. She is very meticulous and really listens to what style and colour you’re wanting. When I first started coming to her my hair wasn’t healthy. She recommended products , and my hair is so much healthier and shiny, thanks to her!

Service was great. I loved the ladies who did my best friend and I facials. Super sweet and knowledgeable. However I am not sure what happened but my face has been so broke out, itchy, and red since. Hives off and on as well on all areas they put stuff on. Not sure what caused it but eek.

My daughter and I came in today for a girls\' day. Emma had arranged for a lovely group of services for us. I really enjoyed getting my mani and pedi from Kailtyn and my hair done by Steffani Marie. My daughter said Kylie was great for her hair and Savannah for her nails. Just a great group of ladies to hang out with. Everyone in the salon was kind and seemed to really love what they were doing. Thank you for putting on a nice day for us! :-)

Love this salon… I really appreciate the hand and head massage from Julie. That def stands out from other salons I’ve visited and keeps me coming back. I will only ask for senior stylists from here on out. The new talent haircut I received was painful… the girl was not gentle when combing my hair… almost left me in tears and my head was sore the next day.
